I was so pleased to read in 5th Qtr- Vitality Golden Globe Awards 2020 that the Watford Netball League has been awarded the ‘Rose’ Award for their notable contribution to Netball by establishing the Kath Worrell Junior League which has grown considerably over the last three years. Kath would have really appreciated that this has been recognised and I know that, as the chair of the League, you have been very instrumental in the setting up, running and the development of the league using your expertise and enthusiasm.
Congratulations to you, the league and all the clubs involved.

On behalf of the Netball East Regional Management Board I would like to congratulate the Watford Netball League on being awarded the prestigious Rose Award at the England Netball Vitality Goalden Globes on Thursday. It is an exceptional achievement and a tribute to the excellent work undertaken by the League over the last eighteen months or so; it is brilliant that the League has been recognised at a national level as making an exceptional contribution to Netball.
It would be great, when Covid is no longer impacting on our netball activities, to visit the League to see the great work you are doing for myself.
